Paula Medcalf

Paula is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development and has over 20 years’ experience in the HR field. Paula has strong project management skills, and is very process-oriented.

She currently works for a number of companies, providing, or overseeing her team of Consultants who provide, in-house HR support – these include an IT managed services company; a software testing consultancy; an insurance underwriter; along with a number of smaller companies where she provides ad-hoc services including recruitment logistics and interviewing, HR system selection, contracts and handbook reviews, and project management for pension auto-enrolment.

Paula is also Non-Executive HR Director of a financial services consultancy and has held various senior positions within Banking Software, Telecommunications, Legal Services and the Construction Industry.

As Human Resources Manager at a FTSE 100 company, specialising in Banking Software systems, Paula was responsible for 300+ staff based in the UK, liaising with Managers on all HR issues.

Having worked at a Senior Level for many years Paula is very ‘business-aware’ and combines this with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Niamh Sandford

Niamh is a senior B2B marketer with in excess of 10 years’ experience within the financial technology services sector providing companies with revenue generating marketing strategies using a top-to-bottom approach. Encompassing a variety of positions from Client and Partnership management to marketing strategy and consultation through to execution and delivery of all aspects of the marketing mix. She has a fantastic track record of being a ‘Go To’ person for both entrepreneurial businesses and power players having worked with SME’s from incubation to successfully increase turnover and raise the profile of the organisations to the stage of acquisition.

Niamh is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has been involved in Marketing, Business Development, Rebranding, Website Development, Events Management and helped start-ups manage all their General Administration for many clients over the years’. In recent years’ has worked closely with Deutsche Börse Group regarding their regulatory reporting services with the UK and European market. She has been a key player in the Impendium Systems team whom Deutsche Börse acquired and previously worked for a payments software company for several years.
