How we budget.

We are often asked to provide indicative or rate-card costs for marketing and communications campaigns that can often lead to ‘per unit cost’ discussions. Our aim is to build long-term relationships with our clients, and crucially, to fully understand your business objectives and help to achieve these.
As a matter of course, we always propose going through the initial engagement phases as set out above, so we can thoroughly plan your integrated marketing and communications campaign, fully aligned with business and growth ambitions.
Some clients prefer a monthly retainer, based on expected activity and in order to manage cash flow. Other clients prefer to be billed for the time incurred. Some prefer a mix of both, where retainers can be ‘topped up’ with additional projects as required.
Please note: in all our work we take a fully transparent and accountable approach. We maintain detailed timesheets of activity for all work undertaken which accompany the invoice.
